      - Fair compensation - Team mates are supportives

      Cons

      - Target from management is unrealistic, resulting many people feel burnout, some hospitalized and left the company. Need to work on the weekends too. - HR people is not a safe place, they tend to twist the fact and hyperbollic about the current situation too.

      they are giving you decent salary

      the top leaders (most C levels) are dumb, toxic, not strategic, and only there to show dominance. Been working here for a year, and not a single OKR ever cascaded down. Everyone wants credit for themselves, and it's never been a join effort. One team step on the pedal, and the rest of the team are there to stop you by hitting the brake hard
