Lots of overtime and chances to move up. John Crowell made alot of postive and great changes to the company. He hired a 2nd shift crew ran by Juan Llanos. Over all great company to work for. They are on top of their game, they give employees chances to move up and cut the lazy ones who just come to do the minimum stuff to get a paycheck.

Wish they had more locations.
