Pros
AlixPartners invests greatly in people, even before they join the firm. The result is an incredibly engaged workforce that is humble and interpersonally enjoyable to work with. People at AlixPartners are generally capable, respectful, smart, and intrinsically motivated to make things better. There are plenty of talented professionals outside of the firm, but it seems there are disproportionately more here than other places I've worked. The people make the place!
