      Team if you’re kicking to work with a good one and flexible working arrangements however depends on the manager you're reporting into

      No clear direction as to where the work is coming from and what impact it has and Micromanagement, unethical policies, harsh standards that treat people like robots.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
