Talented Oracle Resources and Pre-Sales Staff that really know their stuff! Competitive Pay and Benefits Offering. Plenty of Sales Support for current clients. Empowered to work with Oracle Counterparts to win business.
Cons
Only bring in new talent if new customers are brought into deal cycles. If you don't close a net new logo in the first 5 months - prepare to get let go! Too much Account Overlap across the territories. If you're not tight with the "old-boys-club" - you're expendable. Like to play the blame game when targets are missed or delayed. Cutthroat sales leadership style.
