Cons
If anyone wants to work with one technology then i suggest to ignore Alian software. No salaries on time . (minimum date 12th day of month) No time limit to leave Unprofessional work environment salaries deduction on time Every week new rule Anyone can be a Team leader and project manager , even a fresher can be a team lead . They regularly fire people and give stupid excuses.
