You will go into this position thinking you are stronger than the people making these reviews and come out the other side with actual PTSD. The fashion industry is notoriously fast-paced, and at Alexis, you will work at this pace with an unreasonable workload and impossible deadlines. The girls they hire are sharp. Somehow you will pull it off, only to be told it wasn’t good enough. The emotional abuse that happens within Alexis is real, and so is the lying and cheating they do to make more money off their customers. But the hardest part of all was watching a handful of girls put up with this for free clothes on their birthday, Gucci shoes at Christmas and a rare compliment when they run a miracle play.
