      Good working environment, good collaboration culture in general.

      Cons

      Bad management. Your work impact is not promoted accurately upwards mainly due to lack of ticket management system but not only. Promotion and career path are reserved only for those who server better to top management and those who go to mosque along with Turkish leaders.
