Treated worse than working donkeys - Shop Floor Assistant Alamo Group Employee Review

Nasty working environment, toxic management culture and attitude lead to myself and many of my colleagues wondering how the business is still functioning and how further management has not realised that the shop floor underlings are being mis-treated and disgustingly managed. Health and safety is poor to non-existent. The environment in which we work is disgusting and dirty which management are aware about but choose to do nothing to help.
