I really enjoyed my time working as a Trainer for AMI. The role provided me with a lot of hands-on experience in physical rehabilitation training. One of the biggest advantages of working at their monthly events was the opportunity for continuous learning. These events are designed to train doctors, and as a trainer, you get to actively participate, support the speaker, and absorb a wealth of knowledge each time. Every event offered something new, making it a rewarding and educational experience.

If there’s one con, it’s that things don’t always go exactly as planned—after all, these are live events. Sometimes you have to think on your feet, adjust your pace, or improvise based on time constraints. But honestly, that unpredictability was also part of the fun and a great way to build real-world experience and adaptability.

Whatever pros there are here don't make up for the endless number of problems working here comes with.

Leadership have huge egos. They're unprofessional, hostile, and incredibly toxic. They think that they're right and everyone else is always wrong. They dismiss feedback, suggestions, etc., and take it personally if you have an opinion different from what they want. Expectations set by them are unreasonable, and they couldn't care less about employee wellbeing. Unless you want to be miserable, stay away.
