Pros

Respectful atmosphere with genuine coworkers wanting to help.

Cons

Never saw base pay or rewards nor did I see anyone else getting them either. Worked 53 hours one week and only got paid $230. Sold minimum requirement but they found an excuse not to pay base pay.

Pros

After being with the company for a few months, I can definitely say that there is tons of room for growth with the company. The Advanced Client Connections team is full of energy and motivation to further their experience and career in the business field. The manager, Holly, is a great teacher and leader and really helped me sharpen my marketing and branding skills, as i am a recent graduate with no experience. The best pat about the position is that I have control over how fast I can advance and how much money I make every week. Definitely a great opportunity for people just starting out their careers! Highly recommend!

Pros

Management is genuine in providing feedback. Definitely everyone is focused on hitting targets and goal oriented. Driven team. You can advance pretty fast.

Cons

A lot of studying and networking required to do the job well. Seems like we are always practicing to get better. Not necessarily an easy task to train others... but that's the only way you can advance.
