Pros

This is the best company I’ve ever worked for. I fell that they actually care about their employees and are willing to be flexible with each employee’s circumstances to make sure they can be a valuable part of the company. No where else will you find this kind of culture, especially from a top tier 10,000+ employee company. I even feel like their business practices are well thought through and they have a clear vision of where they want to go in the future. Something other companies really don’t have.

Adobe has long since been an established presence in Silicon Valley and Photoshop is pretty great.

* CEO Shantanu Narayen makes over 30 million dollars every year * The Aggregated CEO-to-worker compensation ratio is atrocious * Compensation did not increase with inflation for most employees * Adobe will boast about record breaking revenue every quarter, but hiring freezes will mean you and your teams are working harder than ever * If you try to discuss compensation with HR, they will delay you for many months and then if you're lucky, they'll let you talk to the compensation department after having your time wasted * Reports of a manager who harassed multiple low-level employees were ignored * Profit and stability for the company are prioritized over everything else
