Great work ethics - it's what keeps me here. Work life balance can be very good, but it does depend on the division and probably your manager. In general, company cares for their employees and company policies definitely reflect it. They provide great personal/carreer growth programs, but again, depends on your manager whether you can or have time to use such resources.

Cons

When push comes to shove, you are expected to put in your time if you are an engineer. Promotions can be fast for a few, slow for most.
