Pros

If you like consulting and want to work in a service organization it is good for your. It will give you salary package at par with service or consulting industry.

Cons

This is not adobe R&D, it is GDC (Global Delivery Center). Work is mostly consulting and 10% of your salary will depend upon your utilization. Initially, it this organization was good but now most of the people are getting hired from service organizations like Infosys, TCS Accenture etc. and managers are completely hired from service organizations who have no idea what is going on here. Overtime is going to be another service organization. They have also stopped giving stocks to the new hires of GDC. Therefore, if your are working in a product organization and coming to GDC thinking it is Adobe, you are making the biggest mistake. Also, the expected work here is mostly to configure and rarely you will get to code which need certain thinking.

Pros

The pay and benefits and that is it.

Cons

I have never worked anywhere that cared less about the humanity of its employees. Perhaps this is standard for tech - but the way I've been treated makes me feel like they are either looking for an excuse to fire me or want me to quit, and I've been here less than a year. Everyone is paranoid and gatekeeps information so they feel job security but then lashes out when you don't know enough to help them. This company needs to change everything if it wants to survive.
