Great people to work with, kind, and pleasant, jeans daily, lack of leadership leaves flexible dress and hours, opposite of micro management
Cons
Severely reactive, loosing capital, not replacing lost employees, burying hard workers in work with no chance to improve, well under paid compared to market, management is disconnected and ignorant.
