Like any high growth company, every process isn’t perfectly defined and you need to go get stuff done on your own from time to time.

Not many Pros, if you kiss the rear end of the CEO maybe you will get a special GP deal which a few have while everyone else get's bent over

1-CEO is a horrible person 2-CEOs sister who works there is awful, just complains about normal stuff 3-Addon doesn't pay any sales commission if you're under 75% of goal and each year goal is raised 20% in a market that's been declining for 5 years 100- I could go on and on
