Great learning, high ownership, flat hierarchy

The usual workload expected in startup.

During my time at Adbrew, I strongly felt that the founders and the entire team in general was committed to delivering the best possible work for their clients while ensuring the well being of their employees and making sure they don't burn out. The overall work culture was great and the founders were really considerate. As for the work, Adbrew is solving an interesting problem with a pretty unique domain and the potential to grow here is massive, given the impact they have on real world marketing abilities of clients.

Not much to say here, was a pretty good experience.
