Jim Broering managed to run this company into the ground with a series of expensive long term commitments based on short term circumstances. His arrogance burned countless bridges and now AcuSport is crumbling. Bill Fraim, a great man, trusted his family's company, which was once the very best in the industry, to a collection of fools. The best people have either been laid off or quit. Now the company is up for sale and can't get needed merchandise from manufacturers. Meanwhile there are still a bunch of people on the sales force struggling to make ends meet due to their pathetic decisions. To make it worse, the sales force tried to tell them.
