      Management is very helpful, Work environment is very user friendly, most important training provided on different technology based on market demand,

      Only cons I like that if it change any policy then it applicable for all new and old employee, doesn't matter what is written in offer letter at the time of joining.

      Pros

      I have been at Acronotics for a year now and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. Being at a smaller firm has allowed me to step into roles that would have taken years to earn at the larger firm I came from. Great team and amazing experience.

      The pay is competitive but not the highest.
