Admin - Anonymous employee Account Control Technology Employee Review

For any admin or management roles the pay isn't great and the workload is ridiculous; the amount of hours expected to work are easily "over 50 hours a week" (this was straight out of a director's mouth). Management plays favoritism on promotions and verticals to employees who sometimes cannot prove they have the skills to be in the position; also work guidelines change nearly every month without notice; there is never a set deadline for any administrative effort, which leads to wasted time, delayed processes, and frustrated employees. Every contract given from management has a clause giving ACT the right to change any policy at their discretion and it happens way too often, giving certain people unfair advantages over others. Also, the HR department is a joke, literally. They can't keep a quality person in that position for more than 6 months as they see what a farce this department is and move on quickly. The work floor environment as well as management meetings are toxic; simply finger-pointing without any viable plans on how situations are to be corrected and avoided in the future.
