I have been working at Accenture full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great programs to take care of employees. Incredible people. Best clients. Accenture empowers employees to take ownership of their work and become successful as the company becomes successful.

Cons

There's not much I can think of right now. The company is great!

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I started as a customer service representative on the phone at the contact center and ended up moving into the following roles:
    - Trainer
    - Communications Specialist
    - Team Manager
    - Consultant responsible for the training environment of a new CIS
Tremendous opportunities for development - I learned so much.
Wide range of specialties, roles, locations, etc. so there is literally something for almost anyone.

    Cons

I feel as though I (and many others) were underpaid. I don't think this is standard across all of Accenture, I think it's specific to the Canadian Operations locations. But for the last 2 years there, I was doing the job of a Consultant in the US without a pay change.

    Advice to Management

The entire HR set up isn't user friendly - People Line should be reevaluated.
