Salary. 401k, and health benefits, which are strong to appease employees for their corporate abuses.
Cons
By textbook definition, I was wrongfully terminated due because of whistleblowing about employee conduct violations. I experienced retaliation from HR business partners that are their to protect upper management from the rest of the workforce. They protect them even if HR knows that upper management was in the wrong.
