Good research opportunities but limited outside options - Full Stack LLM Development Analyst Accenture Employee Review

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.

Accenture provided exposure to large-scale enterprise projects, diverse datasets, and cross-functional teams. I had opportunities to work with modern analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, cloud technologies, and data pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions. The organization also promotes continuous learning and professional development.

As a large consulting organization, project assignments and business needs can shift quickly. I was looking for an opportunity with greater focus on long-term growth within a specific analytics domain.
