Pros
Could be a lovely company if you meet nice people and when you find your people, find the right project and a good line manager. It also has amazing benefits you can take advantage of. There could also be opportunities to move within the company
Cons
The company over promises on promotions and you could be over performing and stay on the same level for years. This may be for many reasons including the fact that they benefit a lot from keep you at the same level and do not care about your mental health and progression. You literally have to be extremely strategic and network your way into being promoted as opposed to quality of work.
