      Pros

      At my time at accelerize, i constantly felt the urge to grow and understand because of the encouragement i received from the people i worked with. We had higher-ups who constantly pushed us to excel, while also allowing us to maintain a work life balance. It was truly the environment I enjoyed due to the support I received.

      Cons

      work load management. Client based work can get a bit overwhelming.
