      - Great colleagues - Fully remote - Competitive wage (less so as times continue)

      Cons

      - Does not listen to staff. Treated like assessment machines - Claims to be AI forward but not there yet and AI often causes work delays - Unable to keep up with growth, leading to burnout and a lot of staff leaving with little to no recruitment - Used to have an open culture for discussion, but recently people keep quiet for fear of retribution

      1. Too much workload 2. Assessors treated like assessment machines 3. Terrible work life balance 4. You have to assess on a daily basis

      I can't think of one, other than some talented people, albeit I think 90% of them have moved to 1st for EPA

      Cons

      Horrific working culture, destined to fail.
