Pros
Gave freedom to grow department and worked with a manager that cared about the team. Benefits were okay.
Cons
Culture/atmosphere was uncomfortable at times. Talked about growth of the company, hired a ton of people, and then lied about budget/outlook which was followed by laying off half of the company regardless of how long you were there or what you contributed. Company doesn't really care what happens to its employees unless you are friends with senior management or a part of their little club.
