Remote and travel are the perks. Most Americans are great to work with.
Cons
85-90% staff is 8000 miles away in China. They have no idea how American business works and they don’t care. The refuse to listen to Americans. They are inherently sexist and frown on old woman - men are ok but not women. They are completely blind to their own failings
