- Leadership is disconnected and directionless. Lots of talk, very little execution. Strategies change frequently, and no one seems to know what the company actually wants to be.
- Feedback is welcomed and ignored. Suggestions are often met with polite smiles, then promptly disregarded or not executed upon. Initiative is great, but no one acknowledges it anyways.
