      Absolute dinosaur technology Management is only about keeping their seat and pushing developer to work on old technology The Swiss CEO Markus Baur even said that if developers leave it's fine just pay 500k VND then we will get new one easily.

      Good salary: My salary was top in the market, but it depends on AA customers, since they are outsourcing company. Good benefit: - I got premium healthcare for me and one of my family member - Free lunch - All equipment provided by them Tasks were OK.

      Cons

      - Micro management, depends on your Head Dept - If the customers don't extend the contract with AA, prepare yourself. Also, ask them for compensation.
