      You get international level to work on. You get great exposure. There are so many things to learn.

      Cons

      Sometimes your work is not useful outside AVL. Also even if you work hard you get no appraisal or similar that other get.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
