Pros

When I joined ASG Platform, I came in with more self-doubt than confidence. I wasn’t fully comfortable with administrative work yet, barely knew my way around Google Workspace beyond the basics, and had never used AI tools as part of my daily workflow. Even something as simple as knowing how to prompt properly felt intimidating. I knew I wanted to grow, but I wasn’t sure if I was capable of meeting the standards expected of me. What ASG gave me was not just training, but trust. I was placed in an environment with high expectations and real responsibility, and that pushed me to rise to the occasion. The time and effort invested in teaching me how things worked made me want to give back by doing my best—by learning continuously, showing up fully, and contributing meaningfully to the work I was entrusted with. Growth didn’t come from comfort; it came from being challenged and supported at the same time. Along the way, I learned how to think in systems, prioritize under pressure, design and improve processes, communicate across teams, and use automation and AI thoughtfully in my work. But the most meaningful lesson was internal. ASG taught me how to trust my judgment, especially in situations where outcomes were uncertain and instructions were incomplete. I learned that creativity, risk-taking, and initiative weren’t liabilities—they were strengths, when paired with ownership and accountability. Much of this journey was uncomfortable, especially at the beginning. I constantly questioned myself and whether I was enough. Yet ASG continued to place trust in me, even when I struggled to place it in myself. This is a place for people who are willing to show up despite doubt, who are open to learning alongside AI, and who are brave enough to take responsibility for their growth. For me, ASG became the space where I learned not just how to work better—but how to believe in myself.

Cons

The learning curve is steep—and it requires emotional resilience as much as technical skill.

Pros

From my experience, one of the biggest pros in ASG Platform is the amount of learning and growth you can get from it. It pushed me to learn proper research, problem solving, and actual software development practices. The mentors and members I interacted with were also helpful and approachable, and the environment encouraged independent learning instead of spoon-feeding answers. I also learned how to properly use AI tools critically instead of relying on them blindly.

Cons

At the same time, the environment can also be stressful. There is pressure in terms of expectations, time, and output, and sometimes it feels like there is little room for mistakes. Since the environment is fast-paced and non-handholding, it may feel overwhelming especially for people who are still starting out or prefer a more guided setup.
