Pros

* Low Working Pressure. The only work at control room is to follow instructions. You may discuss your opinion with management team, and they will carefully think about it and just ignore it. * An Ideal Environment for Practicing Mandarin. The whole management team, as well as their relatives and colleague,  came from mainland, so just forget about Cantonese and English and one will make great progress on Mandarin speaking. * Reasonable Salary with Reasonable Shift Schedule. A person with 22-working-day per month, 12-hour shift does not have to seek part-time job, for no spare time for entertainment. * A Safety-guaranteed Plant Location. Fire station and hospital are within minute-level distance. Rescue will arrive quickly whatever happened in the plant. Remember to inform anyone call 999 instead of 119. * An company with freedom and independent. The management team may do anything they would like to, since all Ordinance, Regulations and other requirements are by-passed. Just leave them sign relevent documents. * In summary, if you either 1) care nothing about work health balance, 2) consider it more important about salary than life, or 3) would like to experience the company culture of a small-size Mainland private company, do not hesitate to join ASB Biodiesel.

Cons

* You may not have any chance for external training for skills and licences such as Confined Space Worker. However, you are still probably required to involving in such work. * You may find it difficult to get useful information, such as Technical Documents, Equipment Instructions, Operation Procedures and Working Guildlines. No one is actually updating or keeping such files.  Actually you are not really welcomed to know that much of the company. * You may encounter equipment failure frequently, although it may be a new part. Instead of investing higher quality devices, safer automation control or more precise indicators, the boss are more willing to improve Feng Shui.
