      - No matter how well you perform, you will not be promoted until you complete their specific time period for promotions. - Some teams are quite neglected as compared to other - Salaries better than TCS, Accenture, etc but could have been better for the value provided by employees

      Pros

      Company had a good track on PAM use cases and architecture, lost focus quickly trying to build a dozen products with no resources and no respect for customer feedback.

      Cons

      The CEOs ego gets in the way often and field experience is way under valued. The weakest minds with the loudest gossip run the company. Anyone with deep market experience is disrespected. HR ignores well documented issues.
