There is a great sense of comradery amongst the rank and file; a real "we're all in this together" attitude. People help and support each other.
Cons
Four months of the year, say goodbye to your free time. The expectation is to work 60 - 80 hours a week. There is no consideration for work/life balance during those months. The pay is criminal too.
