Pros
My past 5 years at API have been very positive and a great learning experience. The atmosphere is very friendly and family-oriented. New employees are welcomed and integrated in to the current work atmosphere. This kind of environment allows employees to excel while continuing to meet company and workplace goals. Collaboration is a both present and encouraged, and only adds to the family-like atmosphere.
Cons
Management and execs need to have a more open flow of communication with employees. There has been a lot of change and the company is moving in the right direction, however, communication would only accelerate that growth.
