The customer service team really friendly but not knowledgeable to solve the problems promptly

The pricing rate increase tremendously since year 2017 until now. The rate had been increase more than 200% in year 2017. And additional increase of 20% for the year 2018, it seems that the service provided totally not compatible with the price . The standard report did not show the accuracy figure, and I need to call them to show the mistakes. The account department seems not friendly and never consider on long term business relationship. For instance, today 21/1/2019, with the short payment of the outstanding of 531.30, the account department unable to activate our company account until now : 10.39am.
