Pros

Only pros are some great coworkers, and you can have health insurance that can cover your therapist you will need after working there.

Cons

Where to even start? very Toxic work environment with unhappy people. There is a reason this department has lost complete teams every year. The micromanagement and micro aggressions are daily. Can’t teach someone how to be a manger of a team when they have no proper skills and knowledge to do so. No one has been in that team more than a year it should be obvious who the problem is. I hope to never encounter a situation like that in my career, it was set back but I hope this is able to help someone gain insight as to what to expect. Prepare for unrealistic timelines and responsibilities as there is no structure or growth. You are isolated from most departments therefore you are unable to make connections and build work relationships. You feel like getting up from your desk is crime. Overall if you have any experience avoid this like the plague. “Luxury fashion” not all that glitters is gold and yes you will need to park at an adult entertainment lot and walk through homeless encampments to get the actual building.

Pros

I guess pros is being a “hot brand.” People do buy the clothes.

Cons

Very amateur, friend-oriented organization. It is still a LLC, but doing great for sure - just not sure about the quality of their pieces will last long or not, because Mike Amiri’s ambition is to bit those big luxury groups such as LV and Gucci, but then I feel like even T-shirts’ quality here is really low and inconsistent…it’s obvious that they are selling the name but not the quality. Particularly the location I worked in Florida was very amateur where the management had no exceptional ability or knowledge but just be positive - a.k.a feeding their employees and eating on the floor and just mixing up their personal and professional lives on the sales floor. The company definitely employed illegal immigrants since it’s a California company - I witnessed that they do no obey the government.
