Pros

Salary always on time and you might meet some nice people

Cons

The work environment involved a high level of micromanagement, which made it difficult to feel trusted or empowered. Daily performance was often evaluated based on quantitative metrics such as number of commits or lines of code, rather than the quality of work or impact. One-on-one meetings were frequently centered around ranking team members on charts, which created unnecessary pressure and reduced psychological safety. There appeared to be inconsistencies in how different team members were treated, which affected fairness and team morale. Conversations about skill development were limited, making it challenging to grow in meaningful ways.

The company’s main office is in Ireland, and the North American team struggles with the us and them culture between Europe and North America. Communication between the different regions can be lacking. Often communication about changes in process are not shared between departments. Everyone wants processes to improve, but changes are often not gamed out properly or vetted with other departments which causes frustration between department
