      Pros

      Remote work? But even then, they expect you to work after hours and before hours.

      Cons

      This place is always hiring because they cannot keep employees. Horrendous management with priorities constantly shifting, scope of work for clientele doesn't matter because 'we need to keep this client'. The company is run like they don't know when their next meal is. Do yourself a favor and stay away, go somewhere that doesn't turnover people like this place.

      Pros

      The team is small, people are relatively nice and management does care about their employees.

      Cons

      Management gives very little direction or feedback. Feedback can often be harsh and unexpected. No regular performance reviews. Did not receive a raise or even a review in the 3 years I worked there and wasn't given proper professional development opportunities. Pay was very low given my years of experience. It's not a great place for a creative to thrive and for a young person to grow in their career.
