Pros
Semi decent software product. Gives the appearance of a a family like atmosphere.
Cons
Management. Support manager sexually harasses women and never gets fired. Owner can't or won't or doesn't make decisions to move the business forward, so the company is stagnant. Sales manager just panders to owner and never does anything of substance for the company. There are 5 managers and 10 employees. Everyone is a chief so good luck if you're interviewing for a non management position.
