      Pros

      If you are friends with managers, all is well. If you keep to yourself and are a hard worker, no sti or promotion. Management is biases.

      Cons

      Change is always coming but never arrives. No office balance. Best talent has left or is leaving. Future is not bright at AIG or in COE risk engineering department.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
