Just Saying - Analyst ADS Employee Review

-fast paced and great for a self starter who is detail oriented -high stress environment but great place to learn and develop industry knowledge -tons of autonomy

-lack of communication from leadership -unclear expectations from leadership - tight knit cliquey office - “figure it out” mentality

fast paced environment, high productivity & quota based. bonus incentives each month for meeting goals/ management was very understanding and helped with time off

it felt a little cheesy and with low integrity to call customers on autodialer. but this does help drive in customers when orders were low.
