Pros
Settlement feeling to work, permanent contract, no work under stress. I had a good relationship, I made a new friends.
Cons
Slow experience, no management support nor any plan to develop employees. Any qualified technician works there has no appreciation, has no chance for initiation , no incentive wages, no daily or monthly bonus. Low of order is weak.
