ACC is a wonderful company to work for. I joined this company with ZERO experience in ABA. I was fully trained and had amazing support by my team and management. They are very accommodating and genuinely care about their people. Absolutely amazing place, if you’re looking for a sign to apply, let this be it!!

- Other fellow RBT's were always very helpful and made the environment and the clinic worth working at

- Constant changes in policy with no notice to adjust
- Upper management is very quick to give up on RBT's and not listen to the input of those who work in the clinic numerous hours a week.
- Upper management doesn't appreciate the people that keep the company running without RBT's no revenue would come in and it seems like that's all they care about.
