      Pros

      Virtual. Work from home. No commute. The team is fun personality wise. Paid weekly. Weekends off.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-management. Poor training process. Lower than average pay. A severe workload in a short time due to high turn over. If someone quits (often) their load becomes yours without additional pay. You can't make your own hours. Too chat-oriented in slack which is quite a distraction. Short notice video chats. Must take on multiple roles for junior level pay.
