    Unfortunately, I found that 3Q had some of the common pitfalls of many other agencies - namely, the client being your real “manager”. 3Q has a “yes” culture in saying yes to what can be unrealistic client demands for the sake of client retention. Account managers and above are tacitly expected to be on-call for any issues that arise outside of regular business hours and are often scheduling meetings late in the evening...

    Set clear boundaries with what is expected for after-hours responses - otherwise, clients will continue to walk all over 3Q with their demands.

    3Q is a phenomenal agency. Lot's of perks and you'll work with big name clients.

    Cons

    It's an agency. Definitely not for everyone!
