Not good company to work - Software Engineer 3Di Employee Review

My experience at 3Di Systems was extremely disappointing. The work culture is quite poor, with a noticeable lack of support and professionalism. There is very little sense of job security, which creates constant stress rather than allowing employees to focus on their work. Office politics are a major issue here and often take priority over actual performance or merit. This makes it difficult to grow or be recognized for your efforts. Additionally, it is not a good place for learning or skill development, as there is minimal guidance, mentorship, or structured growth opportunities. Overall, my experience was very negative, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable environment or a place to build their career.
