Thanks for mentioning some of the benefits we provide to our staff. Our staff work hard and we do try to make it a fun environment. And I can confirm that as this is a call centre role, you will be expected to make phone calls. All pay rates and deposits are clearly explained up front at interview and in the employment contracts. Also we follow very strict ethical fundraising practices and do not force or hound people for money and anyone found to be engaging in this behaviour will be counselled or disciplined.

City location was the only good thing

Cons

Fired after 2 weeks for not making sales KPI's - no one wants to buy charity subscriptions but the KPI is amount of charity subscription sales - most of the customers I called had passed away which is why their subscriptions lapsed so of course it was impossible to renew them
