- money and also the money rules in this company (more than anywhere else) - meeting people form Asian cultures, very nice guys and ladies - the perfect place to find high concentration of people with huge egos on one side and full of fear on the other - excellent example of the Czech management culture, it is must to see if you are into corporate cultures studies - hight attrition company, so if you often like to meet new people (and loose the current ones), this is the best place to be (my manager manager was fired a few days after I joined, my manager did not last more than a year) - if you will not drink high doses of caffeine or other speed boosters, alcohol, cigarettes or mood stabilizers, you will not make for too long, trust me on this - Join this "company" if you wish to accelerate your burnout and learn the Czech very specials - Czech local company management habits

- if you like bossing, micromanagement, incompetent management, lies and false promises you are on the right place on the Earth! - no strategy, no plans hold, no promises kept, chaos, politics, incompetence and brutal psy-ops on poor employees, those with high mortgages are afraid to leave or stand up to this misery - employees of Embedit are officially 3rd class employees (2nd are Home Credit's, 1st are PPF's), you will be treated accordingly - there is no such company as Embedit, it is marketing name for Home Credit IT department, where you will be legally hired, just the fact they do not advertise under their real name should warn you - people are consumables at all levels, money and machination rules - it is hard to keep moral integrity and self esteem when you see management lying and misleading suppliers and higher management, it was incredibly embarrassing to take part in such meetings and be anyhow connected with these practices - brutal incompetence blended with micro management can and will drive you crazy sooner or later - incredibly detailed time recording and reporting required all the time, not trust can be expected from the management which is fighting all the time - look at the Home Credit business and you will see that it is very shady company - lack of planning a setting unrealistic goals is a standard - a lot of nonsense work, just do it and do not ask why, who, when or how - in my long carrier I have not seen such incompetent and ethically corrupt company, it could serve as an etalon of ignorance, unrealistic ambitions, fear and big egos
